PACKAGING
Before leaving, all plants are inspected, cleaned and, if necessary, watered.
Then the plant is bagged to keep the soil moist and to ensure that the soil remains in the pot.
The rest of the plants are carefully wrapped in paper. Once wrapped, they are placed in a special design holder that will keep the plants secure and upright. All our boxes come with good branding and clear instructions to the courier on how to handle the package.
We truly love plants and we carry out this process in the best way to ensure that the plants arrive at your home in excellent health.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following general terms and conditions and any other rules published on our site tobeplantlovers.com constitute an agreement between To Be S.r.l. and you regulate your access to and use of all content and functionality available on the www.tobeplantlovers.com website.
By visiting the Site, you accept and consent to the practices described in the general terms and conditions. We reserve the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time and your continued use of our website constitutes your agreement to be bound by the modified general terms and conditions.

ORDERS
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability; the items in the cart are not reserved and can be purchased by other customers.
Once you have made your choice and placed your order, you will receive an email confirming your order details. This email does not represent an acceptance of the order, but only a confirmation of its receipt.
Acceptance of the order will be finalized upon completion of the packaging of the order itself. The contract between the user and Tobeplantlovers will be finalized with the shipment of the goods, at which time the user will receive a second email containing the tracking number and confirmation that the order has been shipped. The sales contract is therefore concluded in Italy and the language of the contract is Italian.
The Company will not be liable to you or any third party for taking away any goods from the Site, whether or not such goods have been sold, for removing, monitoring or modifying any materials or content on the Site, for the refusal to process a transaction or for the cancellation or suspension of any transaction after processing has begun.
PRICES
All prices indicated on www.tobeplantlovers.com are expressed in euros and include taxes.
All prices do not include shipping or handling costs, unless otherwise expressly stated or agreed.
From time to time, prices are subject to change due to changes in exchange rates, markdowns and other commercial factors. The price applicable to the order will be that in force at the time of acceptance of the order.
PAYMENT
Payment can be made via Visa, MasterCard, American Express and any other method that may be clearly advertised on the site. You can also choose to pay with PayPal. When you select this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to "Log In" and review the amount shown before clicking "Pay Now". If your credit/debit card issuer refuses to authorize payment to tobeplantlovers, we will not be liable for any delay or failure in delivery.
DELIVERIES
We only ship to European Union countries and kindly use UPS as our delivery partner.
Orders placed before 5.00 pm from Monday to Thursday will be delivered in 1-2 working days (for Italy only) and in 3-5 days for EU countries starting from the order's shipping confirmation.
Orders placed after 5pm on Thursday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
If delivery is delayed by events outside our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and we will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay. Provided this occurs, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of a material delay you can contact us to cancel your order and we will refund you for any goods paid for but not received.
Due to COVID-19 delivery may take longer than usual. We are not responsible for any damage to plants due to delays by our courier.
REFUNDS
If you are resident in the European Union, under Consumer Contracts, you have the right to cancel your order with us, provided that you notify us in writing within 14 working days of the day after you receive your order, by sending an email. -email tobeplantlovers@gmail.com, provided that the plant has not been cut or repotted because in this case we are unable to accept returns.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition in which they were originally shipped.
All successfully returned items will be credited to your original payment method or, if selected, the Tobeplantlovers account used to originally purchase the items. Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note that refunds may take up to 10 business days due to varying processing times between payment providers; If the refund is issued as store credit, it will appear on your account as soon as the refund is processed.

The costs of returning the goods are your responsibility.
The Customer is responsible only for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling, other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Applicable law and competent court.
Italian law is exclusively applicable to all agreements between the parties.
The Italian Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the event of disputes between the parties, unless the law prescribes otherwise.
